When is the balance due? Thirty days before check-in, charged automatically. Book inside 30 days and you simply pay in full at booking.

Are there service fees? No guest service fees. Booking direct is exactly why you avoid the 15%+ markups the big platforms add.

How long are stays? Most homes book by the week. Each listing shows its minimum stay and a live availability calendar.
