Booking your island week with us is refreshingly simple — and because you book directly with the owner, you never pay the 15%+ service fees the big listing sites tack on.
Start by browsing our collection of homes or exploring a neighborhood that fits your trip. Found the one? Pick your dates on the property page and your week is held for you while you check out.
You will verify your email with a one-time code, then place a 50% deposit to confirm. The balance is charged automatically 30 days before you arrive — and if you book inside that 30-day window, you simply pay in full up front. That is the whole process. No applications, no haggling, no surprise fees at checkout.
Once you are booked, you can manage everything from your account: view your reservation, see your check-in details, and send our team a message if anything comes up before or during your stay.
